10 pieces of chicken parts (leg Quarters)
1 Tablespoon Chilli powder
1 Tablespoon Black pepper
1 Tablespoon All Purpose Seasoning
1 Tablespoon Paprika
1 1/2 Tablespoon Sea Salt
1 Tablespoon Ground Ginger
BBQ Sauce of Your Choice (Mine Is Diana’s Chicken n Rib Sauce)
You can remove the skin or leave it on however, I prefer to leave skin on to retain moisture to the chicken. I would suggest cutting away fats from chicken pieces. Wash in vinegar and water solution and drain.
- Season chicken with all the ingredients. Marinate for at least 30-45 minutes
- My Preference is to bake the chicken before adding the barbecue sauce. Place the chicken pieces in a baking pan line with foil paper. Use piece of foil paper to cover the baking pan and bake in the oven for at least 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, Remove the tin foil and the liquid from the pan, and brush the barbecue sauce over the chicken. Return the chicken to the oven and bake for another 15 more minutes, basting as often as possible. Remove from oven when done.
If You Want to Add Some Heat to Your BBQ Chicken, You Can Infuse It With ANY Of Our Delicious Tasting Hot Sauces. Simply add the BBQ sauce along with some of our Tun Up Hot Sauce in a bowl, mix well and Baste Your Chicken with it.
The Flavour is Incredible and Will Give It A Nice Spicy Taste For Those That Like It HOT!
